Edwin Vlems works as an Inbound Marketing Specialist in a large B2B wholesale company, but also helps other companies to make the switch to inbound marketing. He teaches about inbound and content marketing at the Fontys University and presents worldwide on congresses. Edwin also writes books and articles about inbound and content marketing. He sleeps just a few hours per night.
Lately, Edwin is also being approached by HR departments because of his growing experience on inbound recruitment: attracting potential employees with knowledge and transparancy. Edwin also focuses more and more on facilitating colleagues to authentically share their knowledge and personality online: ’employee advocacy’. This is also the rationale behind the title of his presentation.

I started my career in marketing and sales at Agfa-Gevaert in 1999. Before starting my own companies since 2009, I co-created and commercialized several online and offline publications and events for publishing companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Today, I am the managing partner of KOOACH, a company that provides expertise and services to brands and organizations that want to transfer knowledge and content to their customers and prospects by organizing their own event.
Next to that, I am senior advisor for the e-commerce label SafeShops and advisory board member of the B2B marketing hub at BAM.
